The December GOTM, a custom A2K 1786, features finger stalls that alternate between Grey SnakeSkin and Black Pro Stock Select Leather. Our innovative Double Palm Construction gives you extra substance and the outlined Red and Black Bold logos pop off the glove.
\nEach month, Wilson unveils a new A2K or A2000 Glove of the Month — a unique limited-edition Pro Stock ball glove available only in-store from select dealers. Previous Glove of the Month designs have included player customs, one-of-a kind models and fan-designed contest winners. A portion of the proceeds go to Pitch in for Baseball, a longtime Wilson charity partner.<\/p>\n

Glove Conditioning Service Details:<\/strong><\/p>\n

You know the routine \u2013 your season opener is a week away and that brand new glove on your hand \u2013 well, it feels like it\u2019s never going to break in. Balls bounce out of the pocket and you are left wondering how you\u2019ll ever have it ready in time for first pitch.<\/p>\n

You can worry no more! At ProRollers, our goal is a simple one. We want your gear to be in PEAK CONDITION long before that critical first game. Our bat rolling service optimizes every hit you make and now our glove conditioning service makes that new glove feel just like an extension of your hand \u2013 like it\u2019s been there for years. Nothing beats the feeling of a well-conditioned glove!<\/p>\n

Over the years, we have perfected the process of optimizing equipment. There is no guesswork with our Baseball Glove Conditioning Service. We have the entire process down to a science.<\/p>\n

Our Glove Conditioning: 1-2-3 Perfection!<\/p>\n

Step 1:<\/strong> The right tool for the job: We have 6 different glove shaping mallets in our shop as every glove needs something different, and your glove is no different so it gets special treatment as well. A specially designed mallet is used to break down each glove at its specific flex points, thus increasing the effectiveness of the manual labor process. Since every glove is built differently, this is where our knowledge and experience comes into play. The forming of the leather on the these proper crease points while holding the integrity of the rest of the glove is the key to success. This process is completed in 4-5 sessions over the next 2-3 days. Working the gloves by hand along with our conditioning services is the key to proper break in.<\/p>\n

Step 2:<\/strong> Hydrate the leather: We apply a specially formulated glove conditioner to the glove, which will be absorbed by the glove\u2019s pores. This conditioner helps keep the glove in top condition all year long by keeping dirt and debris out of the leather pores.<\/p>\n

Step 3:<\/strong> Proper form for the long run: After the glove conditioning process is completed, we tie up the laces again to ensure proper form. We put a ball in each glove and wrap them up with rubber bands prior to shipping them back to you. This helps the glove hold its form back to you. Once this is done it is shipped back to you . We do these extra steps to ensure the full effects of our break in process.<\/p>\n
